THE GROUND RULES.
Laugh with your friends. Everyone gets to be in on the joke.
No racism. No hate.
No slurs, hate symbols, dehumanizing language, or attacks based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability. This applies to photos, names, and descriptions. Spelling it differently or calling it a joke doesn’t make it okay.
Keep your clothes on.
No nudity, pornography, sexual content, intimate photos, or sexualized edits. No graphic injury or gore. Use a clear, non-explicit photo that the person has given you permission to use.
Adults who are in on it.
Everyone pictured must be 18 or older. No children, even as a joke. Get the person’s permission before creating a page. Don’t impersonate them, threaten them, encourage self-harm, or turn a page into targeted harassment.
Private means private.
No addresses, phone numbers, medical information, private messages, or other sensitive details. Don’t use the photo, nickname, or description to expose someone’s personal information.
Live now. Reviewed by us.
Names and descriptions are screened for offensive language before publication. Pages that pass go live immediately and enter our admin review queue. Photos are reviewed after publication; automatic publication does not mean a photo has been checked. If an automated image review service is enabled, flagged submissions may be held for review.
Rule-breaking pages can be removed and repeat offenders can be blocked. Changing an outfit or cropping a photo does not bypass review of the original image.
Your face. Your call.
Use “Report” on a person’s page for racism, hate, harassment, minors, or inappropriate photos. Use “Is this you? Remove this page” to request removal without an account. Creators can delete their own page from the browser that created it.
Reports are reviewed by an administrator; submitting one does not guarantee immediate removal. Removed pages stop serving photos through this app. Screenshots and copies saved elsewhere cannot be recalled.
What we keep.
Published-page services store uploaded photos, names, descriptions, slap totals, reports, and share-button activity. A random cookie remembers your anonymous session. A keyed, one-way IP identifier limits spam and abuse. We don’t use invasive device fingerprinting. Clearing cookies can cause you to be counted as a new slapper.
Counts, cookies, and links.
Practice slaps stay in your round and do not count toward public rankings. Slaps on published pages are sent in short batches and checked for obvious automation. Network failures may delay or prevent saving. Clicking a share button records a share intent, not proof that a message was sent.
Sponsorships.
Paid placements are labeled and never cover the slap area. Any future ad network that requires additional consent must obtain it before loading tracking code.
